The unit is nicely decorated with comfortable bedding and 3 smart tvs. It is a bit tired reflecting the age of the building but overall in good condition. The issues described by other visitors (broken blinds) could easily (and inexpensively) be remedied. It's a shame not to address such low-hanging fruit that could increase the quality rating. Could NOT get the fireplace to work. A lid or splatter screen to fit the skillet is needed. I was surprised to have laundry soap provided, but no foil or a snow shovel for the foot of snow we received. Odd that the complex management didn't clear the walks.

We were impressed with how clean this condo was in all areas. The communication about check-in and access was easy and thorough(we may even have gotten a few too many emails). The beds were comfy, and the linens were lovely. I will say that the condo could use a bit of refreshing (new paint, bathroom refresh, etc.). Overall, it was a great stay and we would book here again.

This place was a great deal. Two big rooms with king beds and their own bathrooms. Hot tub is 2min away and there’s a bridge right next to the condo that goes straight to the ski lift. There’s also a bus that comes straight up to the condo for Snowmass and another bus across the street that will take you to Aspen. It’s also super close to the market if you need groceries. Can’t really beat this location for the price.

Terrific stay, amazing service, convenient location
Amazing trip! This was our first time in Aspen without a car and this location was great: 5 min walk to the market and ski in/ski out thanks to a snow covered bridge right next to the complex.

Great location ideal for our family ski trip to Aspen/Snowmass. Property was clean and spacious. Basically ski in/out without the expense of the "on hill" resorts.
The responsiveness and helpfulness of the local Snowmass Vacations team was absolutely outstanding. They really went the extra mile to ensure that we had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely stay again.
